Tropical

Here's the third installment of my "Ladies with Oversized Food on Their Heads" series!

I wanted to do something much more colorful than usual, so I went with a tropical theme. So that's why she's wearing a gaudy rainbow dress 8D;; I also experimented with her face quite a bit; half way through coloring her skin, I decided to try to give her a face without lines. I'm pretty happy with how it came out, and I'm eager to practice it more

I downloaded a trial version of painttool sai, and OH MY PIZZA it is amazing. I love the tools. The brush, water color brush, marker, and pen tools are amaaaaazing. Working in Sai actually makes me feel like I can be good at digital art one day ;w;

I've been super busy with school and work lately, but I finally got the chance to draw this weekend! My boyfriend and I got snowed in, so we've been hanging out for the past couple of days playing skyrim and drawing! Yay inspiration! Totally random, but we made a snowman: [link]
